I am an AI Product Manager and enterprise AI consultant with 5+ years building and scaling AI, analytics and automation products inside one of the world's most operationally complex FMCG environments — British American Tobacco's Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) region.
Most organisations do not have an AI *idea* problem. They have an AI value problem: dozens of pilots, no portfolio view, no governance, no line to the P&L. That is the gap I close.
As a Global IT Business Analyst in Supply Network Operations (SNO), I lead AI/ML portfolios, Microsoft 365 Copilot and GenAI rollouts, Digital Twin and VR training programmes, and Azure-enabled data platforms — translating strategy into outcomes across markets.
What that has looked like in practice:
- Consolidated fragmented AI/ML initiatives across APMEA into a single transformation playbook, governance tracker and Power BI framework, giving leadership live visibility across 27 planned (2026), 59 in-flight and 42 delivered initiatives.
- Delivered $5M+ in business value through AI, automation and analytics products across agri-business, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Co-authored the NC Ops Data Strategy with Microsoft and Digital Manufacturing leaders, standardising data ingestion and BI architecture for scalable governance.
- Drove Microsoft 365 Copilot and GenAI adoption across Supply Chain and Quality teams through governance, use-case development and change management.
- Piloted VR training on Meta Quest 3 integrated with Azure — a scalable capability-building model with automated skill assessment potential.
I am a BUET Computer Science graduate, currently reading for an MSc in Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University, and a certified practitioner in AI Product Management, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. I have taught Deep Learning and MLOps to global cohorts as a Lead Instructor and mentored teams across Bangladesh, Indonesia, Korea and Vietnam.
My work sits at the intersection of technology, operations and people — making AI practical, responsible and commercially defensible.
If you are navigating transformation complexity, or trying to get past the pilot graveyard, let's talk.
